A massive congratulations for committing to starting this programme. Life can be busy and taking the time to look after yourself and your own wellbeing is such a positive step.
Woodcraft for Wellbeing is a six week Nature based Mindfulness and Wellbeing programme. Our team introduce you to 6 mindful and meditative nature based activities from Bushcraft to Foraging and Nature Photography. Alongside these activities our Clinical Psychologist will introduce you to a weekly evidence-based technique you can practice and use in your every day life.

The programme takes just 30 minutes a week, but by the end you’ll have a toolbox of activities and techniques you can use to support your Mental Health and Wellbeing.
